HORRIBLE due to service received. Waiter was so rude, and unprofessional. He was literally yelling at all of us to order our food. It was more of a boot camp experience, order your food eat and get out. Clearly, customer service training is needed for all employees working there. The food wasn't too bad but wasn't great either, nothing out of extra ordinary so if you are celebrating a special occasion Kowloons should be the last place on your list.?

The waiters were just rude. They came by a few times, literally yelled at us to get ready with our orders (once he got angry for asking about what the spring rolls contain and walked away). It was a friend's birthday and it took literally 20 minutes for somebody to bring us a knife to cut the cake with (we asked multiple waiters). The food was as expected, good, but nothing special that you can't find at some other generic Asian restaurant. The hot tea was pretty bad, how can you mess that up? We couldn't have more than one sip. The good things? They've got parking and room to seat a lot of people in your party. The bathrooms were clean too.?

We have been to Kowloons twice, a year apart. We have been there on moderately busy and a busy hour. We were seated promptly, our drink orders placed and received quickly, our orders taken and received promptly. Our waiters both times were funny and very personable. Between the appetizer and the entree, our plates were switched out for clean ones. Our water glasses were always full. The food always delivered hot! On the pu pu platter, the wings were juicy, the ribs were juicy, tender and large, and the pork slices were juicy and not tough at all. My only complaint was the crispy wontons which I found to be tough and cold. We ordered the family dinner for 4. Our favorite is the shrimp in lobster sauce which actually tastes like lobster (I never tasted the lobster in other Chinese restaurant's lobster sauces). The sweet and sour pork was tender and the sauce wasn't that yucky red corn syrup sauce but a sweet and tangy sauce that complimented the pork well (it also had pineapple ...? More ?
